Before the 2025 summer holiday, Business Garden by Vastint Romania hosted the BREC Summer Party, organized by the Romanian Property Club and the Bucharest Real Estate Club. The event was held with the support of Vastint Romania, One United Properties SA, CPI Property Group | Romania, Veolia România, and PRIMA Development Group, bringing together professionals and influential leaders from the Romanian real estate market. 

The evening marked the launch of the third edition of the Real Estate Premier League, a catalog that highlights both the most important leaders in the industry and the most significant investments in Bucharest and regional cities. 

The atmosphere was relaxed and friendly, with participants having the opportunity to socialize, exchange ideas, and discuss current trends in the field, creating the perfect setting for networking and professional connections. The event brought together familiar faces as well as new participants eager for collaboration and business opportunities. 

We are especially proud that Medaru Architects was included in the Architecture and Design section of the Real Estate Premier League 2025—a recognition that reflects our involvement in high-quality, innovative projects on the local market. This inclusion underlines our ongoing commitment to excellence and our vision of delivering large-scale, sustainable projects throughout the EMEA region.
