Nova Residence is a residential complex consisting of eight mid-rise buildings (ground floor + five levels), located in Iași. The project introduces a thoughtful urban intervention that combines residential units, commercial functions, and community spaces into a balanced composition tailored to contemporary living. 

At ground level, the layout emphasizes legibility and ease of movement, clearly separating pedestrian paths from vehicular access and weaving generous green spaces and playgrounds into the fabric of the ensemble. The volumes are defined by a deliberate simplicity, oriented to capture natural light and ensure a harmonious relationship between interior and exterior spaces. 

The residential program includes 264 units with two and three rooms, designed for flexibility and comfort: well-proportioned layouts, efficient spatial organization, and generous openings to the exterior. On the ground floor, commercial functions enhance the semi-autonomous character of the development and activate the public realm. 

Technical solutions—reinforced concrete frame structure, masonry walls, basalt wool insulation, high-performance joinery, and underfloor heating powered by a shared central system—support a high standard of energy efficiency and thermal comfort. Parking is provided both at grade and underground, with direct elevator access to all residential levels. 

Nova Residence proposes a sustainable living model, rooted in spatial quality, contextual integration, and adaptability to the evolving needs of contemporary housing.
