The project proposes an aparthotel located in the south-western area of Iași, with convenient access from the Iași–Voinești road. Its function aims to diversify the local tourism offer and introduce complementary amenities that enhance the quality of life in the area.
The building consists of a compact accommodation volume, oriented NE–SW to ensure consistent natural light, and a ground floor designed as a public space open to both guests and the local community. The functional layout is organized around a central lobby acting as a core, connecting the reception, café, conference area, and leisure facilities (pool, fitness, saunas, massage rooms). The café extends into the lobby, creating a fluid and flexible space.
The ground floor features generous heights, large glazed surfaces, and a seamless connection to the exterior, while the upper levels house 80 accommodation units (one- and two-bedroom apartments, each with a balcony or loggia).
The façade is conceived as a double “skin,” with movable panels that filter light, provide privacy, and give the volume a dynamic character. The project aims to become an urban landmark and a model for integrating accommodation and leisure functions within a coherent, contemporary framework.
